Solution
Zurich engaged Dell Technologies for a custom, end-to-end PC lifecycle plan through Dell APEX PC-as-a-Service (PCaaS).** From the Dell Premier portal, Zurich’s global teams choose from more than 70 pre-built, pre-configured system options that include a mix of Dell Latitude laptops, OptiPlex desktops and UltraSharp monitors.
Impact
With APEX PCaaS, devices are regularly refreshed, so staff can use the latest high-performance technologies including generative AI while supporting Zurich’s sustainability goals. Managed refresh cycles avoid disruptions, minimize IT workloads, and provide predictable monthly pricing.
